Choosing an Application Framework

Projects that are defined with the option to use code templates use 'Application Framework' definitions to specify which code templates will be used when creating and generating code by ObjGen. There are seven types of objects that ObjGen can use to define an application plus an initialization script that can be used to create a standard set of objects (Splash Screens, Message Boxes, Support Modules, etc.) in a new application.

ObjGen ships with templates and frameworks for building ADO, RDO and DAO style Visual Basic Applications. Users can modify existing frameworks or create their own frameworks.
